Community Technology Advisors has been an invaluable resource to the Blandin Foundation’s efforts to bring the benefits of high-bandwidth connectivity to rural Minnesota communities. We have been working with Community Technology Advisors over the past eight years and they have provided us with outstanding services in the areas of industry cluster studies, community and economic development projects and communications and technology services.

One of our cluster studies in Health Care, is resulting in local and regional usage for grant deliveries, development financing and regional programming efforts for expanded health care services.

Our most recent association with Community Technology Advisors, has been providing a comprehensive and complete inventory/assessment of Todd County’s current telecommunication and broadband services including the plans and capacity for future growth by providers (Todd County has 13 separate phone districts and 9 different telecom providers). This study is the critical core of our current initiative of bringing state-of-the-art and future broadband services to Todd County.
